Is it really free?+

Yes. The Free plan needs no payment card. It includes 1 workspace, 1 active campaign, 10 review items a month, 500 MB of storage, you plus 1 teammate, and up to 3 client reviewers.

Does my client need an account?+

No. You invite your client by email and we create their sign-in for them — they only set a password when they open the review. Invite links stay valid for 7 days.

What content can I upload?+

Images (PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF) up to 25 MB, and videos (MP4, MOV, WebM) up to 200 MB — plus the caption, hashtags, first comment and link fields for each version.

How do revisions and approvals work?+

Once you submit a version, its content is locked. For any change you upload a new version. Your client approves, rejects, or requests changes with a reason — approving locks that version as the final one.

Is my work public?+

No. Every workspace is private to your account, and review pages aren't indexed or shared publicly. New workspaces apply a watermark by default.

What happens after early access?+

You stay on Free — it's the permanent default. Paid plans are coming soon and are never charged automatically; we'll always tell you before anything changes.
