iConsultants operates iReview and is the controller of the personal data described here.
Account details (name, email), the content and comments you create, usage and audit records needed to run and secure the service, and billing details handled by our payment processor.
To provide the review workflow, authenticate you, enforce plan limits, keep an audit trail, notify you of activity, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
Content is shared only with the reviewers and collaborators you invite to a workspace. We use trusted processors (hosting, database, email, payments) under contract.
We keep data for as long as your account is active. Archived media may be cleaned up after the retention window shown for your plan, with advance notice. Approval records are retained as part of the audit trail.
You can export your data or request erasure from within the app (Privacy in settings). We will respond in line with applicable data-protection law (e.g. GDPR / PDPL).
Media is stored in a private bucket and served only through authorised, short-lived links; access is controlled by row-level security. No system is perfect — we cannot prevent screenshots by an authorised viewer.
iReview uses only essential cookies: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and a preference cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) that remembers your language. We do not use analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies, and we set no non-essential cookies. You can clear these at any time in your browser; clearing the session cookie signs you out.
